What Makes Us Different

to La Cala

Family run caterer in Romsey, established in 2011.

 

I specialise in paellas and tapas. I cover Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and Surrey. Orders are from 2 to 300 people. I also provide pintxos, tablas ibéricas, tapas, raciones, empanadas, salads, desserts... My signature dish is Pork and Chorizo Empanada, although I also make the traditional "Gallega" and a vegetarian empanada.  (All my dishes have sprung from recipes past down from my Spanish mother, my Andalucian grandmother and my Galician godmother). I love new culinary ideas, but I also love tradition, simplicity, honesty and quality.

I can deliver food with clear instructions to finish at home or take care of your event and finish on site for you.

 

Finish at home deliveries/collections are from 2 people upwards. Popular dishes include: Paellas (served in paelleras); Gambas Pil Pil; Albóndigas, Chorizo al Vino (all served in oven ready earthenware dishes) No need to replate or wash up. We can arrange for collection of dishes to suit the schedule of the customer. 

Cookery lessons: Held in my kitchen in Romsey or at your home.  (Gift vouchers available)
