Weddings

If you would like an original and delicious menu on your special day for you and your guests, we can provide canapes and pintxos served on platters whilst your guests mingle and have a drink. You can then choose between hot and cold tapas, entremeses and sharing platters or boards with a selection of Spanish delicatessen products, from cheeses, 'chacuteria ibérico' (hams, chorizos, salchichones etc) through to local smoked trout and salmon and homemade patés, depending on your preference.

 

The main dish of paella feeds up to 80. You can choose a combination of vegan, the traditional Mixta, poultry and vegetables, seafood, squid ink with seafood and our lobster dish ‘arroz con bogavante’ (depending on your preference and budget).

 

Popular desserts include the delicious ‘La Viña’ Basque cheesecake or the traditional and popular Tarta de Santiago. Alternatively, you could have seasonal fresh fruit salad, Flan casero, or Tarta de manzana.

The venue will need to have a fully working kitchen and there will need to be an area where we can set the paella pans up outside.

We work with various venues in Hampshire as well as Marque companies and use Allen Hire in Eastleigh for our crockery. We also know some fabulous musicians.
